3. Refund Policy
a. Tuition Fees

Full refunds will be issued if a student withdraws within 14 calendar days of payment and before the start of term.

Partial refunds may be granted on a pro-rata basis if a student withdraws after the start of term due to medical or exceptional personal circumstances (subject to official documentation and approval).

No refunds will be given for voluntary withdrawals after the midpoint of the term.
b. Registration or Enrolment Fees

Registration/enrolment fees are non-refundable, except where a course is cancelled by LCS School.
c. Event or Activity Fees

Refunds for school trips, extracurricular activities, or workshops are only provided if:

The event is cancelled by LCS School.

The student withdraws with at least 7 days' written notice before the event, and the spot can be filled by another student.

d. Digital Goods and Resources
-
No refunds will be given for downloadable or digital content once accessed or downloaded, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK).
